You email what your business does, who you want to reach, and what the website needs to do. Reply within a business day.

Layout direction, copy outline, sitemap. You sign off before any production code is written.

Hand-coded on a staging URL you can watch update daily. Two rounds of revisions are included in every tier.

Day of
Deployed to your domain, sitemap submitted to Google, conversion tracking live. The hosting account, code, and domain are all in your name from day one.
04 FAQ
Common questions.
How long does a project take?
Starter: about a week. Plus: one to two weeks. Pro: two to three weeks. If you need it faster I will tell you straight away.
What do I actually own at the end?
Everything. The HTML, CSS and image files. The domain name in your registrar account. The Hostinger account billed to your card. If we ever stop working together, nothing of yours stays with me.
What does hosting cost?
Around $5 CAD a month on Hostinger, paid annually. Domain is roughly $15–$25 CAD a year depending on extension. I help you set both up under your own login on the first project.
What if I need changes later?
$75/hr for small tweaks. Anything bigger gets scoped as a fresh flat-fee project so you know the cost up front.
Do you do e-commerce or bigger sites?
Yes — WooCommerce product catalogues, multi-location service-area sites, ongoing content programs. Custom quote based on scope. Email me with what you are thinking.
I'm not in Surrey — can you still help?
Yes. Most work happens over email and a shared staging URL. Clients are based across British Columbia and the Lower Mainland.
How is this different from Wix or Squarespace?
Wix and Squarespace charge a monthly subscription to host a template you partly built yourself. This is a custom site you commission once, host for $5 a month on standard hosting, and own outright.
